Max stacks for <Keyword>EBuffType::SLOW_MOVEMENT</> debuff increased by <Highlight>{{MAX_STACKS:number}}</> but movement speed slow is <N_Highlight>50%</> as efficient.
Whenever a <Keyword>EBuffType::SLOW_MOVEMENT</> debuff is applied the invader takes <Highlight>{{DAMAGE:number}} (+{{DAMAGE_PER_LEVEL:number}} per Commander level)</> magic damage.
If an invader dies with <Highlight>20x</><Keyword>EBuffType::SLOW_MOVEMENT</> stacks, they first become <Keyword>EBuffType::FROZEN</>. This threshold is decreased by <Highlight>1</> per Commander level.
